Application Analyst Specialist

Position Title: Application Analyst Specialist
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems analysis, programming, testing, and implementation
Monthly Salary Package: 15,500 SAR
Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle workflows
• Experience with RCM platforms and healthcare billing systems (preferably Santechture “Robin RCM” solution)
• Ability to develop project proposals, plans, and deliverables
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Proficiency in SQL for report development
• Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Knowledge of healthcare environment is desirable

Language Requirements: English (Arabic preferred)
Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement IT applications to support business requirements
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and process maps
• Collaborate with business users to identify and resolve system issues
• Conduct testing and validation of system functionality
• Generate analytical and performance reports using SQL and other reporting tools
• Provide training and support for end users
• Assist in system integration and data validation for healthcare platforms
